In accordance with the provisions contained in Rule 143 of P & T financial hand book Vol. I and in accordance with Dte. Instructions contained in Lr.No 2-2/1999-PA (Tech.I/988-1067) dtd 29.9.2006,sanction of the competent authority is conveyed authorizing SPM CHITTOOR COLLECTORATE LSG SO to issue account payee cheques against the drawing account of the Postmaster, CHITTOOR HO subject to the conditions is down in the Dte. Letter cited.

A COPY OF THIS MEMO IS ISSUED TO:-
1. The Sr./Supdt of Post offices CHITTOOR, for information and necessary action. He should ensure that conditions laid in the said dte. Lr. are followed and take into account the cheque book requirements of the SO while indenting for cheques books to DA (P) Hyderabad.
2. The Postmaster, Chittoor HO He should take into account the chequebook requirements of CHOTTOOR COLLECTORATE LSG SO also while placing indent of cheques books on DA (P) Hyderabad. He is responsible for tracing the payments in scrolls received from the bank and keeping a watch over the transactions.
3. The DA (P), Hyderabad for information and necessary action.
